February 26, 2022 (Spooky Brook)
Cold sunny morning with little wind. It turned out to be a nice day to play. Charlie, Mansour and Jim played in 3.5 hours. Course was empty, we kept the ball in play for the most part and we played "any hole". Mansour continued his strong winter golf performance even with his lower handicap. Charlie started out slow with a bogey and triple but then found something resembling a golf swing for the remainder of the round.
February 19, 2022 (Quail Brook)
Cold and a little windy to start the round. Greens were frozen. Back 9 we had a few snow squalls but the greens softened up. Mansour and Larry played really well. Mansour's putter was hot all day. Larry was striking the ball really well but let 2 holes get away from him. Charlie did not play well but enjoyed the walk.
February 18, 2022 (Esplanade at Azario, FL)
Rick breaks net 80 - the only one on this trip - at the very tough Azario - with a 116 rating - all played better than on Wednesday but the course wins this round again - winds were much calmer than Wednesday. We played all 3 rounds in 4 hours. Perfect Florida weather - 80 and low humidity. Thanks to Bruce for hosting us.

Mike wins by 1 over Bruce on a perfect winter day in Florida. 85 and sunny. This course had less intimidating greens then yesterday but the fairways were tighter. NJ course ratings are a joke.
February 16, 2022 (Esplanade at Azario, FL)
Four DGAers escaped the NJ cold and played an EASY 68.6/116 rated course. Bruce plays steady enuf to win by 6. Large undulating greens caused many 3 putts and lots of frustration. Rick Newport wins most of the pots and comes in second.
February 12, 2022 (Spooky Brook)
Min the Magnificent wins by 1 over Billy despite staggering to the finish line with 4 doubles on the last 5 holes. Billy wins the most $ based on pots. Very windy conditions again - 3 clubs plus the greens were soft after thawing out from Thursday.
February 10. 2022 (Spooky Brook)
Min the magnificent shoots better than his age despite the windy conditions for an 8 shot win over MJ. He got up and down from everywhere and is off to a hot start for the new year.
